Vergnet terminates its contract with Mazal International BV for wind turbines in Ukraine

The Vergnet Group, a French renewable energy company, has announced the termination of its contract with Mazal International BV. The contract, signed last April, was for the supply of eight wind turbines for a project in Ukraine. However, due to underfunding and problems related to its subsidiary Vergnet Pacific, the group was unable to deliver on time.

Mazal International BV has appealed to the Arbitration Institute of the Netherlands for mediation of this contract. Vergnet hopes to find a solution to deliver the equipment despite the delay.
