Alan Allman Associates Concludes 2022 Free Share Plan
Alan Allman Associates has announced the issuance of new bonus shares, marking the culmination of its 2022 share plan. This initiative aims to strengthen talent loyalty and commitment to the Group's collective performance.
Introduced in 2022, this plan involved employees in the Group's success. To benefit from it, employees had to meet strict conditions, such as continuous attendance and the achievement of three-year performance targets.
On September 26, 2025, 532 employees received 100 free shares each. A total of 53,200 new shares were issued, increasing the capital by €15,960 and being listed on Euronext Paris.
This operation reflects a strategy of aligning talents with the Group's value creation.
