Versity Update on Recent Advances
Versity SA, active on Euronext Access+, shares the progress of its projects. The acquisition of INEUF.com leads to a significant restructuring, aimed at optimizing the efficiency of the site. With more than 120,000 lots for sale, this real estate portal strengthens its presence on the new property market. In addition, Versity now uses artificial intelligence to improve its commercial performance, supporting a network of 340 sales representatives.
A strategic partnership with a French player is being finalized and will be announced in March 2025, strengthening Versity's commercial network. Simultaneously, the company is taking legal action against Capital Système Investissements (CSI) to defend its interests.
In order to ensure the integrity of its accounting process, a new auditor has been appointed following a conflict of interest, postponing the filing of audited accounts until the end of April 2025. A reduction in losses and an increase in turnover are anticipated for this year.
