Vertical Exploration Signs Exclusivity Agreement for Carbon Removal

Vertical Exploration Inc. has entered into an exclusivity agreement with an international entity. The focus is on exploring applications for enhanced rock weathering (ERW) to remove carbon, centered around the company's St-Onge Wollastonite deposit in Quebec. The involved international entity remains undisclosed due to confidentiality clauses.

Wollastonite, present in this deposit, is effective for absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere. It releases nutrients that can enhance crop yields and soil quality while capturing carbon faster than other silicates. This makes it advantageous for agricultural use and climate efforts.

CEO Peter Swistak expressed enthusiasm over the interest in their ERW applications. This agreement does not interfere with other negotiations regarding wollastonite's broader applications.
