Verve Achieves Significant Q2 2024 Growth, Raises Yearly Guidance

Verve Group SE, a digital media company known for its AI-driven advertising solutions, announced substantial growth in Q2 2024. The company reported a 26% increase in organic revenues, reaching 96.6 million euros. EBITDA saw a 37% rise to 29.1 million euros.

Key achievements include a 33% rise in software clients to 851 and a 24% increase in ad impressions to 224 billion. The EBITDA margin improved to 30%, and adjusted net results more than doubled to 8.8 million euros. Earnings per share increased by 308% to 0.04 euros.

Based on these strong results, Verve has updated its 2024 guidance to 400-420 million euros in revenues and 125-135 million euros in adjusted EBITDA.

CEO Remco Westermann credits the growth to their focus on privacy-first advertising solutions, resulting in better outcomes for clients. The company's Interim Report Q2 2024 will be published on August 29.
