VIB Vermögen AG Continues Diversification Strategy

Neuburg/Danube, June 28, 2024 – VIB Vermögen AG has acquired three properties in Mannheim, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf. This acquisition, from Branicks Group AG, totals 38,280 square meters and costs EUR 125.8 million. This move aligns with VIB's strategy of diversifying its asset base.

The company aims to maintain a balanced portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in the logistics and office sectors across Germany and neighboring countries. The newly acquired office properties contribute to this goal by expanding VIB's regional presence in western Germany.
