Victory Announces Closing of Yellow Chief Uranium Inc. Acquisition

Victory Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:VR)(FWB:VR6)(OTC PINK:VRCFF) has successfully closed its acquisition of Yellow Chief Uranium Inc. properties located in Utah and Saskatchewan. The transaction was finalized with the issuance of 8,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per share under the June 26, 2024 Option Agreement terms.

These common shares are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period. The acquisition, initially an arm's length transaction, may now be considered a related party transaction due to the Yellow Chief CEO becoming Victory's CEO. However, participation was less than 25% of the market capitalization at the time, exempting it from certain regulatory requirements.
