Victory Battery Metals Announces Name Change and Share Consolidation

Victory Battery Metals Corp. has announced plans to change its name to Supreme Critical Metals Inc. The company will consolidate its common shares, exchanging ten existing shares for one new share. This decision, approved by the Board of Directors on October 18, 2024, aims to enhance financial flexibility for seeking funding opportunities. Following the consolidation, the company will adjust its outstanding options and warrants on a similar ten-to-one ratio, affecting exercise prices proportionately.

With the current issue of 47,442,222 common shares, the post-consolidation total will be 4,744,222 shares, contingent on no further capital changes. Pending approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange, the company will trade under the new ticker symbol "CRIT".
