Victory Battery Metals Corp. Acquires Kachiwiss Uranium Project in Quebec

VICTORY BATTERY METALS CORP. announces its acquisition of 100% interest in four uranium-rich claim groupings in the Sept Iles region of Quebec. Through an agreement with GLOBEX MINING ENTERPRISES INC., Victory will invest $400,000, distribute 1,500,000 shares, and engage in a $3,000,000 work program over the next four years.

The primary asset, the Kachiwiss Uranium deposit, recorded in historical 1978 data, contains 16,598,000 tonnes at 0.016% U3O8. It also includes additional uranium anomalies to the north, across a total of 156 claims. Victory outlines the possibility of a 92.9% recovery from these deposits. The transaction involves a 3% Gross Metal Royalty to Globex, with an option for Victory to buy back 1% for $1,000,000.

Victory's President, Mark Ireton, highlights the strategic significance of this acquisition, linking it to both battery and energy metals markets. He emphasizes the advantageous location in Quebec, known for its robust mining infrastructure.
