VIEL & Cie announces increased half-year results

On September 6, 2024, VIEL & Cie published its results for the first half of the year. Consolidated revenue reached €597.2 million, recording an increase of 9.7% at constant exchange rates compared to 2023.

Operating income, including associated companies, amounted to 108.2 million euros, an increase of 15.0% at constant exchange rates. Profit before tax increased by 28.1%, reaching 110.8 million euros.

The company's net profit rose sharply by 31.8% to 89.0 million euros. The group's share of this result was 65.4 million euros, up 31.4% at constant exchange rates.

The group maintains a solid position in terms of equity and cash, with consolidated equity of EUR 653.7 million as of June 30, 2024.

The outlook for the future includes continued organic growth and investments in digitalization and data sciences, while maintaining rigorous cost management.
