VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Makes Changes to Supervisory Board Leadership
The Supervisory Board of VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe (VIG) has elected Rudolf Ertl as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. This decision was made during the constituent meeting held today following the 33rd Annual General Meeting of VIG. Rudolf Ertl will serve as Chairman until 30 June 2025.
Additionally, the Supervisory Board announced that Peter Thirring will succeed Rudolf Ertl as Chairman from 1 July 2025, following the end of his cooling-off period. These changes were made public through EQS News, emphasizing a structured transition in leadership.
