VINCI Energies Acquires German Firm All for One

VINCI Energies has finalized the acquisition of the German company All for One Group SE, securing 87.33% of its shares. The move follows a successful public tender offer initiated in July. All for One, based near Stuttgart, specializes in the integration and maintenance of business applications and employs 3,000 people. The company serves over 4,500 Mittelstand clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland, with revenues of approximately €500 million in 2025.

This acquisition significantly bolsters VINCI Energies' digital infrastructure services, aligning with its Axians brand. It enhances capabilities in business applications, cloud services, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. The deal positions VINCI to capitalize on Europe's digital transformation.
