Ludovic Demierre becomes Director of Human Resources at VINCI

Ludovic Demierre has been officially appointed VINCI's Director of Human Resources, joining the company's Executive Committee. He succeeds Jocelyne Vassoille, who has held the position since 2020.

Ludovic Demierre, 53, is a graduate of the National School of Public Works. His professional career has been primarily at VINCI, where he began his career in 1995 as a design engineer. In 2002, he became head of human resources for VINCI Construction France in several French regions. In 2014, he was promoted to Director of Human Resources Development and Diversity. He then served as Director of Human Resources at Eurovia in 2016 and at VINCI Construction in 2021.
