VINCI, a public limited company with capital of €1,456,035,992.50, has published information relating to its capital and voting rights as of February 28, 2025. The company's head office is located in Nanterre. This declaration meets the requirements of Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
The number of shares comprising VINCI's share capital amounts to 582,414,397, which also corresponds to the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares.
