Virbac announces the conditions of Sébastien Huron's departure
On September 13, 2024, Virbac's Board of Directors confirmed the resignation of Sébastien Huron from his positions as Chief Executive Officer and Director effective September 27, 2024. The financial conditions of his departure have been determined.
Sébastien Huron will receive an annual fixed remuneration of €303,327 for his role as CEO, plus €33,750 for his term as director of Virbac Limited. As for the variable remuneration, it will be assessed in 2025, based on his performance.
Huron will no longer meet the conditions to retain the performance shares awarded from 2022 to 2024. A non-compete clause will grant him a monthly compensation of €28,266 for 17 months, then €19,478 for the 18th month.
He is not entitled to any severance pay as a result of his voluntary departure. He will also lose various benefits associated with his mandate.
Habib Ramdani, previously Deputy CEO, will ensure the transition as interim CEO.
