Viridien: Information on Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Viridien, a French société anonyme with a share capital of €7,136,762, announced new figures for voting rights and shares. The company's registered office is located at 27 avenue Carnot, 91300 Massy, France. These figures are based on data as of May 31, 2024.

The total number of issued shares stands at 713,676,258, while the number of actual voting rights is reported at 715,925,525.
