Viridien S.A. Announces Senior Secured Notes Offering
On March 10, 2025, Viridien S.A., based in Paris, launched an offering of senior secured notes due 2030. The notes, valued at approximately US$950 million, are available in both U.S. dollars and euros.
These notes will be backed by certain subsidiaries of Viridien S.A., with a sanction on a senior secured basis. Alongside this, Viridien has secured commitments for a revolving credit facility of US$125 million, secured on the same collateral, but on a super senior basis.
The proceeds from this offering, supplemented by current cash reserves, aim to fully redeem the company's existing US$447.4 million and €578.6 million senior secured notes due in 2027.
