Visiativ announces growth of 5% in the first quarter of 2024

Visiativ, a company specializing in digital transformation for SMEs and mid-sized companies, and listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, reveals a 5% increase in its turnover in the first quarter of 2024, reaching 62.5 million euros. This progression includes an increase of 2% in the software sector (SOFTWARE) and 10% in consulting (CONSULTING).

CONSULTING revenue particularly stood out with growth of 10% this quarter, notably with improvements in cybersecurity and digital transformation. The SOFTWARE activity grew by 2% thanks mainly to the strong 31% increase in SaaS subscriptions, which now represent 27% of this division.

The company also highlights a significant increase in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from SaaS subscriptions which now stands at €43.4 million, marking a growth of 45% compared to the previous year. This dynamic is part of the SHIFT5 plan, aiming to increase ARR and international expansion.
