Visiomed Group significantly reduces its debt thanks to the support of its shareholder

Visiomed Group (ALVMG) announces a notable reduction in its debt thanks to the support of Perpetua Capital. The loan of 1.75 million euros granted in December 2022 by this reference shareholder has been restructured. The interest of 216,000 euros was canceled.

The debt was repaid by compensation via the exercise of 13,157,895 BSA. This operation reduces Visiomed Group's financial debt to 5.7 million euros compared to 7.9 million as of December 31, 2023. The share capital is now 3,075,143.14 euros divided into 307,514,314 shares. The number of exercisable Tranche 5 BSAs increases to 3,756,855.
