Vision Marine Technologies Partners with Hydrofin to Enhance Electric Pontoon Efficiency

Vision Marine Technologies Inc. announced a new strategic partnership with Hydrofin, aimed at integrating patented hydrofoil technology into its electric pontoon lineup. The collaboration seeks to improve efficiency, range, and overall ride comfort for pontoon users.

Through its Nautical Ventures dealership, Vision Marine will introduce Hydrofin's technology, which reduces drag by lifting pontoons partially out of the water. This enhances speed and range, particularly when paired with the E-Motion™ 180E electric propulsion system.

As a result, the partnership aims to capitalize on the rapid growth within the U.S. pontoon segment, offering improved performance for both electric and internal combustion engine models. Joint marketing efforts are planned to support the technology rollout across Florida.
