Vitura secures 16,000 m² with Huawei at Les Arcs de Seine

Vitura announces a promising start to the year with the renewal of leases for 16,000 m² in the Arcs de Seine building in Boulogne-Billancourt. Among the tenants, Huawei has extended its lease for nine years, confirming the site's attractiveness. These transactions bring the average lease term to over seven years and maintain an occupancy rate of 80%.

Located in the heart of France's media hub, Arcs de Seine offers spaces that combine flexibility and well-being, with hotel-level services and a private landscaped park. The building also houses tenants such as Bouygues Telecom and Idex, demonstrating the effectiveness of Vitura's management strategy. For these transactions, Vitura was advised by JLL and Linklaters.
