Vitura posts significant increase in rental income in Q3 2024
During the third quarter of 2024, Vitura generated rental income of €32.5 million, marking an increase of 10.9% compared to 2023. This increase is the result of new commercializations and a rental indexation of 5.8%. The collection rate of rents and charges reached 100%.
Vitura has signed contracts for 16,000 m² since the beginning of the year, including 5,000 m² this quarter, demonstrating the high demand for its prestigious spaces. The Europlaza and Arcs de Seine sites attract with their service offering, while Rives de Bercy seduces with Air Liquide now occupying 21% of its surface area.
The sale of a majority stake in Passy Kennedy will enable the site to be transformed into a luxury complex. In terms of CSR, Vitura obtained a remarkable score of 92/100 from GRESB, consolidating its leading position.
