Vitura signs a major lease with the BPCE Group at Rives de Bercy

Vitura recently signed a nine-year lease with Groupe BPCE for a 15,500 m² space in Rives de Bercy. This site, which will accommodate nearly 50% of BPCE's teams by 2026, will increase the occupancy rate to 71%. Air Liquide, already present since 2024, shares this space. This signing underlines the success of Vitura's repositioning strategy, previously implemented at Europlaza and Arcs de Seine.

Rives de Bercy has undergone a major renovation, carried out by the Naço agency, emitting 26 times less CO2 than a reconstruction. The new facilities include wellness and dining areas, and 7,000 m² of terraces and patios. A dedicated entrance for soft mobility is also available. Marketing continues, with numerous brands interested.
