Vivendi: Information on Capital and Voting Rights

On November 30, 2025, Vivendi disclosed important information regarding its share capital and voting rights. Listed on NYSE Euronext-Paris in the Eurolist A segment, the company has a total of 1,029,918,125 shares comprising its share capital.

In terms of voting rights, the gross total amounts to 1,061,707,702, including shares with double voting rights and treasury shares. The net total, which is the actual number of usable voting rights, is 1,026,820,035. This calculation excludes shares without voting rights.
