Vivendi Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

Vivendi held its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) today in Paris, chaired by Yannick Bolloré. A quorum of 70.71% of shareholders was present or represented. The shareholders approved all 27 resolutions, both ordinary and extraordinary.

The Supervisory Board now consists of nine members, including five women and four men, with six being independent. Laure Delahousse and Philippe Labro were ratified as new board members, bringing expertise in regulatory and media matters.

The AGM renewed Sandrine Le Bihan's term, representing employee shareholders. Shareholders also approved a cash dividend of €0.04 per share for fiscal year 2024, with payment starting on May 2, 2025.
