Vivendi recently published details of its share transactions completed between August 12 and 16, 2024. The company acquired a total of 3,100,000 shares during this period.
Transactions were conducted on various financial markets including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. Daily acquisition volumes varied from 36,632 shares to 510,000 shares.
The daily weighted average acquisition price was around EUR 9.5314 per share. These shares were purchased under the buyback programme authorised by European Regulation No. 596/2014.
