Vox Royalty Reports Q2 2025 Results and Declares Dividend

Vox Royalty Corp., a mining royalty company, has released its Q2 2025 financial results, highlighting positive cash flow and an increase in royalty receipts from its diversified portfolio. CEO Kyle Floyd emphasized key achievements, including the acquisition of a producing royalty at the Kanmantoo copper-gold project, and the company's inclusion in the Russell 2000® and 3000® indexes. Vox maintains $13 million in cash and receivables, supporting its growth strategy.

The company reiterates its 2025 revenue guidance of $13-15 million, with growth driven by several key assets. These include the Kanmantoo and Janet Ivy royalties, both expected to boost revenue in the latter half of 2025. Despite lower-than-expected iron ore royalty revenue in H1, a recovery in shipping rates and prices is anticipated.

In Q2, Vox generated $1.76 million in cash flow from operations and announced a quarterly dividend of $0.0125 per share. The company continues to focus on strategic acquisitions to enhance its royalty portfolio.
