Wacker Neuson SE Announces Dividend Increase After AGM

On May 15, 2024, Wacker Neuson SE conducted its Annual General Meeting in Munich, where it approved a dividend increase to EUR 1.15 per share, up from EUR 1.00 in the previous year. The approval received a high level of support for all agenda items with 78.2 percent of the company's capital stock in attendance, slightly down from 82.4 percent in 2022.

The AGM saw the passage of several key resolutions, including the approval of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board's actions, the election of the auditor, and the ratification of the remuneration report. Additionally, amendments to the Articles of Incorporation regarding entry details in the share register and the chairmanship of the AGM were also approved. CEO Dr. Karl Tragl cited significant earnings growth in the past fiscal year as a basis for the increased dividend, which represents a payout ratio of 42.1 percent of the previous year's earnings per share and a dividend yield of 6.3 percent based on the 2023 year-end closing price.
