Waga Energy strengthens its liquidity contract with an addition of 300,000 euros
On April 2, 2024, Waga Energy (EPA: WAGA) announced a strengthening of its liquidity contract with Portzamparc – BNP Paribas, by increasing the allocated funds by 300,000 euros. This adjustment aims to improve the liquidity of its shares on the market, thus promoting better trading conditions for investors. This decision aligns with AMF regulations regarding liquidity contracts.
The additional contribution of financial resources brings the liquidity reserve to 29,187 securities and 594,124.59 euros from April 2, 2024. This operation reflects Waga Energy's commitment to strengthening the attractiveness of its securities for investors, while by demonstrating its financial strength.
