WashTec AG Achieves Record Revenue Amid Global Challenges
WashTec AG reported a record revenue of €498.6 million for the fiscal year 2025, marking a 4.6% increase from the previous year. At constant exchange rates, the revenue exceeded €500 million for the first time. This growth was primarily driven by the Europe and other segments, although the North America segment saw a decline due to reduced equipment sales.
The company's EBIT rose by 7.5% to €48.9 million, with an EBIT margin increasing to 9.8%. Free cash flow also saw a positive uplift of 6.1% to €41.9 million, though a one-off tax reimbursement in 2024 somewhat influenced this figure. A dividend of €2.50 per share has been proposed.
The equity decreased to €82.0 million from €88.5 million, reflecting an equity ratio drop to 28.6%. A recent share repurchase program completed, acquiring 100,000 shares for €4.8 million. Despite geopolitical uncertainties, CEO Michael Drolshagen emphasizes WashTec’s resilience and focus on efficiency.
