Wavestone confirme son éligibilité au dispositif PEA-PME
Le cabinet de conseil Wavestone annonce respecter les critères d'éligibilité au PEA-PME, conformément à l'article L.221 32-2 du Code monétaire et financier. Suite à cette confirmation, les actions de Wavestone resteront accessibles via les comptes PEA-PME à partir du 1er avril 2024. Ce dispositif offre les mêmes avantages fiscaux que le plan d'épargne en actions traditionnel.
