WEB SA: Call for the 2025 Ordinary General Meeting
Warehouses Estates Belgium SA (WEB SA) is holding its Ordinary General Meeting on April 22, 2025, in Gosselies. The agenda includes the approval of the annual accounts closed on December 31, 2024, which present a gross dividend of €3.35 per share, representing a gross yield of 8.85% compared to the average annual market value of €37.85.
Shareholders will be asked to confirm their intention to vote before April 16, 2025. The Meeting also provides for the discharge of the Sole Director and the Auditor for their mandates for the 2024 financial year, as well as the setting of the Sole Director's fees at €475,000 excluding VAT.
