WEB SA carries out two mergers by absorption boosting its assets

On April 23, 2024, the extraordinary general meeting of Warehouses Estates Belgium SA (WEB) authorized the merger by absorption of the companies SA Le Beau Bien and Grafimmo, immediately. This strategic move leads to a significant increase in WEB's equity of 13,960,413.05 EUR and the issuance of 336,545 new shares.

SA Le Beau Bien, with its three buildings in the City Nord Complex in Gosselies, and Grafimmo, owning a building near Fleurus airport, thus join WEB, which strengthens its real estate portfolio and further extends its diversification. The new acquisitions are expected to add EUR 1,198,208 in annual rental income to WEB and decrease the company's debt ratio by 1.9%. This development aligns WEB with its policy of growth in diversified and efficient assets.

The sole Director of WEB, reaffirming his prudent approach, continues to prioritize the choice of strategic investments, taking into account financial risks, while consolidating the company's dividend policy.
