WE.CONNECT carries out purchases of its own shares
The company WE.CONNECT made several purchases of its own shares between June 10 and 14, 2024. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On June 10, 2024, WE.CONNECT acquired 180 shares at the weighted average price of 19.20 euros per share. On June 11, 2024, 205 shares were purchased at a price of 18.90 euros each. On June 12, 2024, 108 shares were acquired at an average price of 18.50 euros per share.
In the following days, 118 shares were purchased on June 13 at a price of 18.80 euros and 222 shares were acquired on June 14 at a price of 17.5505 euros per share.
