WE.CONNECT réalise des achats d'actions propres
La société WE.CONNECT a procédé à plusieurs achats d'actions propres entre le 10 et le 14 juin 2024. Ces transactions ont été effectuées conformément à l'article 5 du règlement sur les abus de marché.
Le 10 juin 2024, WE.CONNECT a acquis 180 actions au prix pondéré moyen de 19,20 euros par action. Le 11 juin 2024, 205 actions ont été achetées au prix de 18,90 euros chacune. Le 12 juin 2024, 108 actions ont été acquises à un prix moyen de 18,50 euros par action.
Les jours suivants, 118 actions ont été achetées le 13 juin à un prix de 18,80 euros et 222 actions ont été acquises le 14 juin au prix de 17,5505 euros par action.
