Weekly declaration of transactions on CCI of Crédit Agricole Toulouse
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Toulouse has published the weekly statement concerning transactions on its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) for the period from May 27, 2024 to May 31, 2024. These transactions were carried out within the framework of the buyback authorized by the General Meeting of March 29, 2023.
During this period, 603 shares were repurchased, spread over five market sessions, with a weighted average price varying between EUR 72.50 and EUR 74.01. Each transaction, carried out on the Euronext Paris (XPAR) market, aims to cancel the securities.
The transactions were carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux, with volumes fluctuating daily, peaking at 132 shares on May 31, 2024. The transactions reflect an ongoing commitment by Crédit Agricole Toulouse to actively manage its capital.
