Weekly transactions on CCI by Crédit Agricole de Toulouse

The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Toulouse 31 has published its weekly statement for the period from September 9 to 13, 2024. These transactions are part of the Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) buyback program, authorized by the General Meeting of March 28, 2024.

During this period, Crédit Agricole Toulouse 31 carried out the following transactions: 62 shares on 09/09 at an average price of EUR 61.25, 60 shares on 11/09 at EUR 61.51, 51 shares on 12/09 at EUR 62.50 and 93 shares on 13/09 at EUR 62.76. All transactions took place on the XPAR market.

The repurchase was executed through Kepler Cheuvreux SA. The main objective of these transactions is the cancellation of the repurchased shares, in accordance with the bank's internal procedures.
