Wendel announces the withdrawal of its credit rating by Moody's

Wendel has officially announced that it will no longer seek Moody's credit rating from the end of May 2024. This decision is part of the company's cost management approach.

At the same time, Wendel decided to maintain a single credit rating as an issuer and a bond rating by S&P Global Ratings. S&P has assigned Wendel a BBB long-term rating and an A-2 short-term rating with a stable outlook since 2019.

First half 2024 results will be released on July 31, 2024, followed by a third quarter revenue update on October 24, 2024, and Investor Day on December 5, 2024.
