Wendel convenes its shareholders for the 2025 General Meeting
Wendel announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on May 15, 2025, at the Auditorium Cézanne Saint-Honoré in Paris. The notice of meeting, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (Bulletin of Legal and Obligatory Announcements), details the agenda and the resolutions to be discussed. Shareholders can view these documents on the company's website starting April 24, 2025.
The event will be broadcast live and replayed via webcast. The program also includes the release of quarterly and half-year results, as well as an Investor Day scheduled for December 12, 2025.
