Wendel: Report on voting rights and shares as of June 30, 2025
On July 3, 2025, Wendel published information regarding the number of its shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of June 30, 2025, Wendel had 44,461,997 shares outstanding.
The total number of theoretical voting rights was 67,707,052, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 65,703,049. This difference results from the shares deprived of voting rights.
Wendel, one of Europe's leading listed investment companies, continues to expand, notably with the acquisition of significant stakes in IK Partners and Monroe Capital. With €34 billion under management for third parties, the company is demonstrating its growth strategy.
