Wendel's Strategic Moves in Q3 2025
Wendel Investment has reported a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of €163.0 for the third quarter of 2025, marking a 2.8% decrease from the previous quarter. This decline is attributed primarily to a drop in Bureau Veritas's share price. Despite this, Wendel continues to advance its strategic initiatives.
The company has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Committed Advisors, a firm excelling in the secondary market. This acquisition is expected to enhance Wendel Investment Managers, Wendel's asset management arm, potentially pushing its assets under management beyond €46 billion by 2026.
Wendel is also restructuring its Principal Investments, leveraging IK Partners' expertise. Meanwhile, Wendel Growth is set to transition to Iron Wave, awaiting regulatory approval. These steps are part of Wendel's strategy to balance asset management and long-term investments, aiming for predictable income and value creation.
