William Hogan Appointed CEO of Nepra Foods

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 12, 2024 / William Hogan has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and director of Nepra Foods Inc. ("Nepra") (CSE: NPRA) effective August 9, 2024. Mr. Hogan has filed an early warning report advising of this appointment.

Mr. Hogan continues to hold 37,285,572 common shares and 10,840,000 warrants to purchase common shares, representing approximately 41.84% of the issued and outstanding common shares on a partially diluted basis. When considering the conversion of Class A multiple voting shares, this stake is around 35.02%. Each Class A Share is convertible into 100 common shares.

Mr. Hogan will serve Nepra for business purposes and holds securities for investment purposes. He may acquire or dispose of additional securities subject to market conditions, the business outlook of Nepra, and other factors.
