Winners of the ISO 2023 Excellence Awards for Logistics Performance

Isometric Technologies (ISO) has revealed the winners of its 3rd annual “Service Excellence Awards” program, highlighting the 50 logistics service providers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in FTL transportation in 2023. The recipients of this year include industry veterans as well as newcomers, highlighting the importance of reliable delivery and measurable service levels in our global economy. Highlighting the crème de la crème of the logistics industry, ISO used its ISO Score as the primary performance indicator to evaluate providers.

Despite the challenges faced, the winners demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication to customer service, propelling the logistics industry to new standards of excellence. Rewards are based on criteria such as Offer Acceptance, On-Time Delivery, and On-Time Pickup. This year, ISO also highlighted top carriers for specific performance categories, providing recognition to those serving major retailers like Walmart.
