K&E Treuhand GmbH has released the seventh status report regarding the insolvency proceedings of Wirecard AG. This report covers the period from 1 December 2023 to 31 May 2024 and is available exclusively in German. Summaries in English for Wirecard AG, Wirecard Technologies GmbH, and Wirecard Sales International Holding GmbH will be issued in the coming weeks.

Bondholders of Wirecard AG's EUR 500,000,000 0.5% Notes 2019/2024 can request the report by providing updated evidence of their holdings. This evidence must include the holder's name, the date, and the amount of notes held. Requests should be sent via email to wirecard@ketreuhand.com.
