WIS International to Divest CROSSMARK and Product Connections Business Units to Acosta Group

WIS International has announced the sale of its CROSSMARK and Product Connections business units to Acosta Group. The agreement aligns with WIS International's strategy to streamline operations and focus on core capabilities in various sectors. The sale will include teams from CROSSMARK's Sales Agency and Retail Solutions businesses and Product Connections.

This transaction, approved by both companies and pending regulatory approvals, positions WIS International to invest further in technology and employee training. The company retains its Inventory Verification services and Store Setup, Remodels, and Space Mapping services in the retail sector. This move supports WIS International's blueprint for growth, including its recent FlexCount® platform launch.

The deal also marks a milestone in Acosta Group's transformation journey. Acosta plans to maintain the CROSSMARK and Product Connections brands within its portfolio. WIS International is also expanding globally, entering Western Europe through a partnership with Fairson.

Both companies express confidence in the long-term benefits of the agreement for their associates, clients, and customers.
