The share capital consists of 4,118,050 shares with 5,902,208 theoretical voting rights. Due to treasury shares, 5,890,113 voting rights are exercisable.
The move was influenced by the dissolution of TANCRED VENTURE, an investment holding company linked to the founders of Witbe. This dissolution resulted in the reallocation of 388,815 shares, affecting the total number of voting rights. The Planche Family Group now holds 51.99% of the capital and 64.92% of the voting rights.
