Wolford AG Announces Executive Leadership Change: Silvia Azzali Steps Down, Regis Rimbert Appointed CEO

As of June 14, 2024, Silvia Azzali will resign from her role on the Executive Board of Wolford AG. This decision was mutually agreed upon by Azzali and the Supervisory Board. Azzali, who joined the Executive Board in November 2019, initially served as Chief Commercial Officer before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Her tenure saw the successful implementation of a new brand and product strategy, continuous revenue growth, and a reversal of EBITDA losses from 2022.

To succeed Azzali, the Supervisory Board has appointed Regis Rimbert as the new CEO for a three-year term. Rimbert, who was recently named Chief Transformation Officer, brings extensive experience from his roles at Prada and Christian Dior. He also has significant knowledge of Wolford and the Lanvin Group, having served in various management positions and supported Wolford through his company, Uptify, in retail management for Northern Europe.
