Woodward Acquires Safran's North American Electromechanical Actuation Business
Woodward Inc., a key player in aerospace and industrial energy control, has signed an agreement to acquire Safran's electromechanical actuation business in North America. This acquisition includes intellectual property and operations assets, enhancing Woodward's technology for next-generation aircraft.
