Workwell Technologies Acquires Chronologic, Expands UK and European Presence

Workwell Technologies, known for its time and attendance solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, announced on April 17, 2024, the acquisition of Chronologic Ltd, a UK-based employee management company. This deal marks a significant step in Workwell’s strategy to broaden its international reach. Chronologic has been a key player in the UK market, serving as the exclusive distributor of uAttend products.

According to Workwell's co-CEO Chad Buckmaster, the acquisition reflects the company’s commitment to growth and excellence in workforce management. He highlighted that the integration of Chronologic will introduce more Workwell products into the UK and European markets.

The management of Chronologic will continue under its current leadership, with Managing Director Peter Sutton at the helm. Sutton expressed enthusiasm about the new resources and opportunities that come with joining a larger entity, emphasizing a continued dedication to high service standards.
