Worldline Announces Board of Directors Change
Worldline has appointed Jérôme Grivet to its Board of Directors, effective April 23, 2025. Grivet succeeds Olivier Gavalda as the representative of Crédit Agricole S.A. and joins the Investment Committee. This appointment aims to enhance the company's strategic direction and corporate governance.
Wilfried Verstraete, Chairman of Worldline, expressed confidence in Grivet's financial expertise and strategic vision, which he believes will benefit Worldline's governance. Grivet currently serves as Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole S.A. with responsibilities over Steering and Control functions.
